As if they have nothing else to do – because they don’t, after gifting us four years of the animatronic corpse Joe Biden as president and then running Frau Kamala Frankenstein to succeed him – leftist demagogues and imprudent jurists have taken up the cause of a Salvadoran thug under the guise of fighting for due process.
This cause célèbre is nearly as ludicrous as the championing of cross dressers in girls’ sports and the military and open borders for the unwashed masses including gangsters, faux cartelistas, pedophiles and sex-slavers galore. The guy in that prison in El Salvador came here illegally and has twice been adjudicated a gang member already – more due process than he deserves – and what’s more, he has been returned to his birth country. Jeez. Louise.
If you actually follow real news, you know that already. This is another fake controversy. But the absurdity of it serves a purpose for good, too. Because the winds have shifted. The American people aren’t buying this tripe any more – none but the Hollywood wannabees, those with tenure, and those who live in smart-phone fog getting their news from Tik-Tok between bets on the lottery and Titans updates.

The reality is, the situation with illegals and the dirtballs among them is Andrew Jackson all over again. The guy who, nowadays in woke revisionist history, was an Indianphobe, a genocidal maniac who was a one man parade marshal for the Trail of Tears. Except, none of that is a true understanding of history.
The truth of the matter is that Andrew Jackson was a problem solver. If he hated anybody, it was the British – the globalist elites of the day – whose brutality led to the death of his brother during the Revolution. And both the British and the French resented the new United States. They constantly plied the Indians with liquor and guns and a heavy dose of chip-on-the-shoulder against the pioneers pushing west and south into Florida and Tennessee and Alabama such that extremists within the tribes would terrorize the new settlers.
Jackson put a stop to the terrorism of his day. Yet one of Jackson’s adopted sons was Lyncoya, an Indian toddler who was rejected by the squaws of his tribe, one of three Indian children Jackson brought home from the Red Stick campaign in 1814 and the only one of the three who survived. Jackson and wife Rachel doted on him, raising Lyncoya at the Hermitage. They sent him to private schools for the best education available. Tragically, Lyncoya died of tuberculosis at age 16.
So it’s clear that Jackson’s motives during the Indian wars were not racist, nor was he genocidal. He wanted security for both Indians and settlers and there was none to be had because of radical elements among the Indians susceptible to influence from the enemy French and British. He separated them out. It was a dirty business. But it solved a problem and saved countless lives, both new American and native American.
Andrew Jackson, the Iconic Tennessean, did not wait around for “due process.” He took action. The probable cause of gang tattoos, illegal entry, and suspicious activities are enough for our Federales to act on to quash the terrorism of our day. Let’s hope they don’t get caught short in the legal tarbaby that is the federal judiciary because leftist agitators have nothing better to do than file lawsuits and cut off their own noses to spite their ugly faces.
And if SCOTUS continues to issue absurd decisions a la this weekend’s midnight stay on deportations virtually “nullifying” the presidency, the parallels with Jackson’s term of office could line up even moreso, complete with a full blown Constitutional crisis.
